    A land broker for over 50 years, he is a professional in all aspects of farm and land transactions, with an emphasis on subdivision and land development.<\/span><\/p>\n

    A business school graduate of George Washington University, he holds the coveted title of VIRGINIA LAND SPECIALIST, as well as being a prominent speaker, teacher, author and editor on land related subjects, including authorship of the nationally-known real estate investment books, HOW YOU CAN GROW RICH THROUGH RURAL LAND \u2013 Starting from Scratch and HOW I TURNED $50 INTO 5 MILLION \u2013 Part Time.<\/span><\/p>\n

    His other literary works include the novels, THE Ideal ESTATE MAN and THE SADDLEBUM, two screenplays, and the self-help book, SCRIPT and FLAME \u2014 The Code Words to Wealth.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Mr. Haynes was the 1993 president of Virginia\u2019s REALTORS\u00ae LAND INSTITUTE (RLI); 1993 Land Realtor\u00ae of the year; and the 1995 Regional Vice President for Regions III and IV of RLI, covering VA, WVA, MD, DE, D.C., KY, TN, NC and SC.<\/span><\/p>\n
